"The people from the Derawan archipelago are very proud of the beauty of their nature as such and of the green turtles in particular. As sea turtles are nearly extinct it is very fortunate that NGOs putting a lot of effort in saving them. Therefore I want to contribute to the cause by working a best as I can for the Turtle Foundation which is very important for the protection of the sea turtle population in the area of Berau and in particular on Sangalaki island."
